You may have a detailed Request for Proposal for a specific project, a vague idea of what you want in a Web site, or anything in between. Wherever you are in your development process, we can help:

1. Our first step is Information Gathering. A Blue Elephant partner will contact you to discuss your needs so we can understand your project.

2. Based on the initial consultation, we'll draft a Proposal, including estimates of prices and timing.

3. If you accept our proposal, we'll proceed to Discovery. That's the nuts-and-bolts, on-line detailed session in which we flesh out your ideas and begin to match them up with our resources to schedule your project.

4. Based on our discovery process, we'll prepare a Statement of Work. This document captures all the details of the project and lays out the timeline, approval process, and payment schedule.

5. Once you accept our SOW, we'll proceed to Contract, assign a team, and get started.

6. At this point, you may need help with Third-Party Vendors. We can assist you in securing domain name registration, Web hosting services, credit card transaction agreements, or whatever other vendors your project may need.

7. Then, and only then, do we start the Build. Blue Elephant will work with you throughout the process — and we don't stop until you're happy with the results.
